What is Filoxenos.gr and how does it work?

Which channel managers does Filoxenos support?
Filoxenos supports selected channel-manager and property-management integrations. The currently supported integrations are listed on our integrations page and may change as we expand the product.
How does Filoxenos send reports to my accountant?
You can configure Filoxenos to generate monthly reports and send them to your accountant by email on a schedule you choose. Depending on your settings, reports may be prepared for review or sent automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect customer data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure infrastructure practices. Access to customer data is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
What file formats can I export?
Filoxenos supports CSV, XLSX (Excel), XML, and PDF export formats. These cover the most common formats required by Greek accountants and the AADE portal.
Can I use Filoxenos if I only have one property?
Absolutely! Filoxenos works for hosts with a single property just as well as for property managers with dozens. The time savings on monthly declarations alone make it worthwhile.
Does Filoxenos submit declarations to AADE directly?
No, Filoxenos does not submit directly to AADE. Instead, it generates clean, structured reports that your accountant can use to make the declarations on your behalf. This ensures accuracy and keeps your accountant in the loop.
What happens if my channel manager data is wrong?
Filoxenos imports data exactly as provided by your channel manager. If there are discrepancies, you should first check your channel manager's booking records. You can always generate a new export after your channel manager data is corrected.
How do I connect my channel manager account?
Integration setup is available inside your Filoxenos dashboard, where registered users can follow the relevant connection steps for each supported provider.
